How did your partner (or you) propose?
We were on a horse drawn carriage going through the streets of Vienna at dusk. All the Christmas lights were twinkling away and he got down on one knee - it was so romantic!

Who did you share the news of your engagement with first?
Our friends, Mark and Tammy as they picked us up from the airport on our return.

Describe your ring.
Very traditional - yellow gold with a beautiful solitaire diamond.

Did you help choose the ring?
I pointed out a few rings I liked but didn't choose the final ring.

Will your partner wear an engagement ring as well?
No. Just a wedding ring.

Did you have an engagement party?
No. We're trying to save all the money we can get - just a small gathering with our families.

When do you plan to marry?

Trying on beautiful dresses and booking the fantastic honeymoon!
