How did your partner (or you) propose?
I won some flights at work so we decided to go to Paris for the weekend. We had a fabulous night in a restaurant and headed to the Eiffel Tower, but we had missed the last lift to the top of the tower. I wasn't too disappointed because it was windy. We were underneath the Eiffel tower looking up when James called my name. I turned to face him and he was on one knee with a ring and asked me to marry him

Who did you share the news of your engagement with first?
I rang my Mum, but she already knew because James ahd already asked my Dad

Describe your ring.
The ring is white gold, round cut diamond in the middle and then four little diamonds down each side

Did you have an engagement party?
Not had time to fit one in being so near to Christmas

When do you plan to marry?
Hopefully September 2009

What are you looking forward to the most about planning a wedding?
Choosing my perfect dress and helping with the organisation of the reception and ceremony
