How did your partner (or you) propose?
It was Christmas morning and we were opening our presents to each other by the tree. Adam told Sam to close her eyes as he didn't know whether she was going to like her present, so she closed her eyes and when she opened them Adam was down on one knee with the ring.

Who did you share the news of your engagement with first?
Sam's mum. Sam's dad answered the phone but he knew as Adam had asked him if he could propose to Sam on Christmas eve in the middle of Sainsbury's!
