About 3 months before Christmas he was saying that he wanted to cook me breakfast, with our 2 year old, and that I was to stay in bed. Great - I thought! I came down on Christmas morning to a full English breakfast, champagne, cup of tea, silver clothed table and proper napkins, our 2 year old munching on a hash brown and him in the middle of the kitchen on one knee.
