Why is Confetti still selling the cameras if you have broken off your relationship with the film processor?

The cameras that we sell are from another supplier, of high quality and not associated in any way with the film processor. We are not aware of any issues associated with camera quality.

I bought my cameras some time ago with processing envelopes. Can I still use the cameras and get my pictures processed?

The cameras can be used as you wish. You should not use processing envelope but take or send the cameras to a local High Street or other mail order processor of your choice.

I sent my cameras in the processing envelopes some time ago and have had nothing back?

You can attempt to contact the processing company directly, although we have been unable to do so despite repeated attempts on our customers' behalf. You can also ask your local trading standards office to investigate, although they should already be aware as we have already approached them directly and asked them to investigate on your behalf.

We will in any case attempt to keep you informed of developments via our websites and by e-mail. If you purchased through the online shop we will use your registered email address. If you bought at one of our stores you can register your e-mail address by emailing it to customercare@confetti.co.uk. Please insert “Camera update request” in the subject line. Please use the same procedure to register any change of address.

Why can’t Confetti get my photos back for me?

Confetti is not involved with the processing operation and has no commercial relationship with the processing company. Consequently we are unable instruct the processor to undertake any particular action.
