Italian wedding for American beauty

Hollywood actress Mena Suvari has revealed plans to wed fiance Simone Sestito in Italy.

The 29-year-old American Beauty star is currently looking at wedding venues in Italy for when she and boyfriend of over a year, Simone, tie the knot in 2010.

"We want to marry in Italy," she told People magazine in New York last week. "A nice, big traditional Italian wedding. There is a lot of planning we want to do…We were there in August and everything was closed in August, so we want to look at a lot of cathedrals and find a place."

Mena was previously married to German cinematographer Robert Brinkman for five years before the couple divorced in 2005.

Concert promoter Simone proposed to the starlet while the pair were holidaying together in Jamaica in July of this year.

The bride-to-be shot to fame with supporting roles in hit films American Beauty and American Pie.
