Rooneys celebrate first anniversary

England football star Wayne Rooney and wife Coleen celebrated their first wedding anniversary with a party at home.

Only a small group of friends and close relatives were invited to the bash at their £3.5 million luxury home in Prestbury.

Coleen, 23, is four months pregnant with the couple's first child.

After the celebration, the Rooneys headed off to attend footballer Wes Brown's wedding in Cheshire.

Wayne's Manchester United teammate, 29, married partner Leanne Wassell, 32, at a grand ceremony at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire.

The Rooneys were joined by Wayne's Old Trafford teammates to witness the lavish event at the medieval style castle. A white barn owl flew to the best man to deliver the rings.

Leanne and Wes have two daughters, Halle and Lilia, and their £4 million mansion is close to the Rooney home.
