Britney engaged to boyfriend Jason?

Pop diva Britney Spears has been spotted wearing a large sparkler on her ring finger, prompting speculation that she is engaged to her boyfriend and agent Jason Trawick.

Although they first appeared together in public only in May, Britney and Jason are believed to have been dating for several months now.

They have not confirmed or denied the engagement rumours.

The couple were spotted last month holidaying in the Caribbean, with Britney's father Jamie, brother Bryan, and sons, Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two.

A source told the Daily Mail that the 27-year-old star and Jason were indeed seeing each other: "They are totally and definitely dating... He makes Britney really happy, and he's great with the boys."

Jason is the pop star's manager and one of her brother Bryan's best friends.

The source added that Britney's family seems to approve of the relationship: "Her dad loves him. He's the best thing that happened to her."
