Eddie Van Halen marries girlfriend

Rocker legend Eddie Van Halen has tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend Janie Liszewski in California.

The Dutch-American musician and Janie, 39, exchanged vows during a 20-minute, non-denominational service conducted by Eddie's brother Alex Van Halen, an ordained minister.

Janie walked down the aisle to the 54-year-old guitarist's record 'When It's Love', performed by the Sonus Quartet in the garden at Eddie`s seven-acre estate in Studio City.

Eddie's 18-year-old son Wolfgang was the best man and the ceremony was attended by around 100 guests, including his former wife Valerie Bertinelli, whom he divorced in 2006 after 25 years of marriage.

The bride was given away by her mother, while her sister Jennifer took the role of bridesmaid, People magazine reported.

Janie wore a champagne and pink Hanna Hartnell gown with matching Bulgari earrings and bracelet, while Eddie dressed casually in Sy Devore cotton pants, an un-tucked shirt and flip-flop sandals.

The couple will spend their honeymoon in New York, Germany and the Netherlands.
