Cheryl celebrates 26th birthday

British singer Cheryl Cole celebrated her 26th birthday with a private party in London attended by family and friends.

The Girls Aloud aloud star stepped into the exclusive private members' club Vanilla with her husband Ashley, wearing a stunning Alexander McQueen mini dress with a sheer front panel.

The outfit reportedly cost £4,165, and Cheryl paired it with Christian Louboutin shoes worth £495.

The birthday bash was attended by high-profile guests, including X Factor stars Simon Cowell, Holly Willoughby, Dannii Minogue, Diana Vickers and Alexander Burke.

Her bandmates Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts also joined her, along with Emma Bunton and her boyfriend Jade Jones.

Cheryl seemed to be have enjoyed the occasion with Ashley, who presented her with a huge pink star-shaped Peggy Porschen cake for the party with a special message on it that said: "To my little star... Happy Birthday! Love, Ash xx".
