Camilla and Kevin engaged to marry

Strictly Come Dancing star Camilla Dallerup and former Hollyoaks actor Kevin Sacre are set to get married, it has been reported.

The couple got engaged two weeks ago during a romantic holiday in Capri, Italy.

Kevin told Hello! Magazine: "Finally I got her to stand still and said, 'The only way I can make this even more perfect is if...' and I got down on one knee and fumbled around for the ring."

He continued: "I tried to say something profound about there being beautiful rocks and here's another - luckily she didn't hear that."

"Yes I did," interrupted Camilla.

The 35-year-old, who won Strictly Come Dancing with Holby City actor Tom Chambers in 2008, said: "It was quite possibly one of the worst proposals - but for us it was perfect."

The pair, who are planning to tie the knot next July, met on the reality TV programme The Underdog Show a year ago.
