How did your partner (or you) propose?
At half time during the Widnes Vikings vs Featherstone Rovers rugby league match. He (with the help of staff at Widnes) tricked me onto the pitch - the club pretended I'd won a prize!! And as I was being presented with my prize Mike got down on one knee and asked me via the PA system!!

Who did you share the news of your engagement with first?
The thousands of people at the match - including both sets of parents. It was also broadcast live on the local radio who where doing the match commentary!
