Dannii Minogue is 'not engaged'

Dannii Minogue, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kris Smith, has said that they are not engaged as yet.

The X Factor judge, who had no diamond ring on her finger, insisted: "I'm not engaged!"

Speaking of the wedding, she said: "I guess we've talked about marriage, but we're trying to take things slowly. I think it's a guy's thing to propose, although I haven't really thought about the details."

The couple have been dating since August 2008 after meeting in Ibiza.

The 38-year-old singer and actress said that she is going to give birth to her child in Australia, adding to the speculation that she will be leaving X Factor.

She said: "I am definitely having my baby in Australia in July so it's going to be pretty hard to juggle all of that. I need a Wonder Woman suit and a cape. I need to be able to fly through the sky!"

Dannii got married to actor Julian McMahon in 1994, but the marriage ended in divorce in 1995. Before meeting Kris, she also had two broken engagements.
