Earl Spencer set for third marriage

Princess Diana's brother Earl Spencer is set to tie the knot for the third time, his spokeswoman has confirmed.
The 45-year-old and his new fiancée Lady Bianca Eliot, 33, are considering a date for their wedding as early as September.
In a statement for the couple, the spokeswoman said: "We can confirm that Earl Spencer and Lady Eliot are indeed engaged and that they are both very happy. They are possibly setting a date in September."
Earl Spencer has been dating Lady Eliot for the past 18 months and the couple have decided to take the next step.
The Earl, whose family seat is at Althorp, Northamptonshire, married Victoria Lockwood in 1989, but the couple split eight years later.
His second marriage, to Caroline Freud, took place in 2001 and ended last year.
Lady Eliot, a mother of three, lost her husband Jago, 40, in 2006, when he suffered an epileptic fit while taking a bath.
Jago Eliot was heir to Earl St Germans, and his 6,000-acre Port Eliot estate in Cornwall along with his title will be inherited by their five-year-old son, Albie.
