AMResorts Terms and Conditions

• Entrants must be over 18 and hold a valid passport.
• Airfare, airfare tax and transportation are not included.
• Accommodation is for two adults, in the lead in room category. Winner can choose to upgrade to a higher room category upon check in, at an additional cost.
• Blackout dates include, but are not limited to, Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, New Years and Presidents Day.
• Certificate of prize is non-transferable and holds no cash value.
• Ground transportation, room charges incurred, spa treatments, incidentals and all other additional expenses are not included.
• The resort will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. In the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into
• Only 1 entry per person will be accepted
• By entering this competition, you agree that your name can be used in publicity on the Confetti website and circulated to other media for possible publication
• Employees and relatives of employees of Confetti.co.uk and Am Resorts or anyone else associated with the competition are not eligible to enter
• Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules as final and binding
• Closing date: 30 June 2011
• Prize must be redeemed within one year of the date that the winner is notified
