How do I obtain a marriage licence?

All you have to do to obtain your marriage licence is attend the nearest clerk of the circuit court office in person, taking with you all necessary documents and the fee (around $93.50). Once the application is filed, the licence is issued immediately. The process generally takes no more than 15 minutes and the licence is then valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
