Kelly and Richard

I met Richard just before my 18th when I was surfing the net at college, that led to phone calls and we eventually decided to meet up.

I was gob smacked when I first saw him. Tall, slender, black curly hair and the most amazing green eyes. We talked constantly for hours.

Over the months, I had a really bad rough patch and he stood by me.

I then realised that he was the most considerate, sweetest bloke I'd ever met. So one time in my local pub, I went down on one knee (whilst wearing my short black dress and huge black boots) and proposed. He didn't know what to say at first, and then blurted out yes several times.

We've been living together for nearly a year and we're as strong as ever. I wouldn't want to part from him. He's my soul mate and the best thing that's ever happened to me.
