Price and delivery of products

• The price of the Products shall be the price quoted on the Site or the Confetti Mail Order Brochure (which we can change in the case of an error). Payment details must be provided by you on the date that we accept your order.
  
• In respect of Goods only: the delivery of Goods shall be subject to payment by you of the delivery charges specified on the Site or Confetti Mail Order Brochure, which may be changed by us at our discretion.
  
• At the current moment, for the purchase of most Goods eg. the purchase of single items from the Confetti mail order brochure, the delivery charge is £4.99 (including all personalised product) to UK Mainland, excluding the Highlands and Islands. Other charges will apply outside UK Mainland.
• SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS are sourced by us strictly to your order and are not held by us in our stock. We will only dispatch your whole order once the Special Order Product within that order has been received by us. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box number.
•  The inclusion of a Special Order Product within your order may delay dispatch of your whole order by up to 25 days.  All Special Order Products are clearly marked within the description of that product.
• You may request us to part dispatch your order whilst we are awaiting delivery of the Special Order Product, however an additional delivery charge will apply for this additional dispatch.
• You confirm that you have given us the correct billing address of your credit/debit card and, in respect of Goods and if different to the billing address, that you have also notified us of the correct delivery address.
  
• All Goods are delivered depending on size/weight either by Royal Mail or other suitable carrier, delivery being Monday to Friday. To ensure that you have received your Goods, The carrier may request a signature for proof of delivery, therefore please select a delivery address most convenient to you. Provided that your order is placed by 5pm, then subject to availability, dispatch of Goods within the UK will normally be made within five (5) to seven (7) working days excepting orders containing Special Order Product as above. We will endeavour to notify you either if there will be a delay or if the item is no longer available. If the item is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative similar in price and quantity.
  
• Please note that delivery charges may vary according to goods purchased or type of delivery service (eg. express or overseas) required. If you are telephoning from outside the United Kingdom, for any transaction based services please call +44 (0)1274 428 888. These delivery charges will either be highlighted in the Mail Order Brochure. Confetti will also inform you if that is the case.
  
• Delivery dates for personalised products are subject to one additional day to the quoted lead time.  Orders placed today are collected tomorrow by the supplier , the despatch dateis calculated according to this order collection date and despatched inline with the quoted lead time.

Value added tax (VAT)

Prices displayed on goods include VAT (where applicable).
For UK (including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man) and all EEC member states VAT (where applicable) is charged on any goods you purchase.

 For the rest of the world (including the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands), no UK VAT is charged if the goods purchased are delivered outside the UK & EEC but please be aware you may be subject to the charges of that particular country.

Payment

• Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa/Visa Debit on-line and Mastercard, Visa/Visa Debit and Switch. Currently, we do not accept American Express or Electron cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
  
• You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
  
• We also accept payment by cheque, however the goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please send the cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to: Confetti Celebrations Ltd., Unit 4, Howarth Court, Gateway Crescent, Broadway Business Park, Oldham, OL9 9XB.
  
• You may also order by telephone, by calling 0844 848 9696 Monday to Friday during normal office hours. Please have to hand the details of the goods you wish to purchase and the method of payment.
  
• We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
