Placing an order

Whether you have placed an order online, by telephone, fax or by post, confetti.co.uk will send you a confirmation of your order either by e-mail if you ordered online (and if you have an e-mail address) or by post. If there are any problems with the order then we will advise you as soon as possible. If you change your mind after placing an order, don't worry, just contact us and we can cancel the order or change any part of an order up and until the time of shipment. If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative similar in price and quality. On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will not be liable for the failure to deliver the goods in question.

Delivering an order

All confetti.co.uk goods are delivered depending on size/weight either by Royal Mail or by Parcelforce delivery Monday to Friday. To ensure that you have received your parcel, Parcelforce will request a signature for proof of delivery; therefore select a delivery address which is the most convenient for you. Provided that your order is placed by 5pm, then subject to availability, deliveries within the UK will normally be made within five (5) to seven (7) working days. We will do our best to notify you if there is to be a delay. In the case of a consolidated delivery from a couple's gift list, these are organised directly with the couple. Please note that some special orders can take up to 12 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your goods please inform us immediately by ringing our customer care number on 0870 840 6060.

Special promotions

Special promotions cannot be used together.

Returning goods purchased

If you cancel before the delivery of any goods your money will be refunded and the goods will not be delivered. If you return the goods to us within 21 days from the date they have been delivered to you, in perfect condition and with the original invoice/receipt, to Confetti Gift Services, Confetti Network, EGL, Greengates, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1FD, we will give you a full refund. You will be responsible for the delivery of the goods. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment, either direct to your credit card or by cheque. Gift-wrap charges will not be refundable under these circumstances. In these circumstances, original delivery costs are not refundable. NB. In addition to our returns' policy, the Distance Selling Regulations allows you, as a consumer buying goods from mail order or on the internet, to cancel any order you make within seven (7) days from the date they are delivered to you for a complete refund. If you wish to exercise this right, you must ensure that the goods are unused. Please either contact our customer service number 0870 840 6060 or return the goods to Confetti Gift Services, Confetti Network, EGL, Greengates, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1FD, and we will give you a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of the delivery of the goods.

Please note that this right to return goods does not apply to (i) cosmetic products (ii) videos, CDs, CD-ROMs or DVDs which you have used or unsealed (iii) perishable goods such as food and flowers (iv) events (such as holidays) that are booked for a certain date (v) financial or insurance products or (vi) furniture/products made to order.

Please also note that our returns' policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, ie. if the gifts are faulty or not what you ordered. In this case please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), and return to the address above with all receipts, warranties, licences, manuals and accessories. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods.

Where you are returning goods because of an error on our part or that the goods are defective, we will refund you the price of the gift-wrap. Some of our products, particularly services or events that you may agree to purchase have terms and conditions unique to them and are not governed by the returns' policy above. Please refer to those individual terms on the site or the mail order terms and conditions attributable to those products.
