Ordering online

Confetti.co.uk operates a secure online system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that you can order anytime day or night. Your credit card details are encrypted through our online validation and authorisation system. When ordering with confetti.co.uk all payments are transacted through one system and although you may have purchased several gifts from different retail partners your credit card statement will only reflect payments from confetti.co.uk. Therefore should you have any queries you only have to deal with confetti.co.uk. We will do our best to ensure that any problem you have will get resolved. Methods of payment

Confetti.co.uk allows you to pay using PayPal or the following credit/debit cards:
Mastercard/Visa/Switch/Visa Debit/Electron

Currently we are unable to accept American Express.

We also accept payment by cheque, however goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please allow five working days for any cheque to clear. Please send the cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to Confetti Celebrations Ltd, 3rd Floor, Hollinwood Business Centre, Albert Street, Oldham, Lancashire, OL8 3QL.

Ordering by telephone

Confetti.co.uk welcomes orders by telephone. Please contact our customer care team on 0844 848 9797. They are available Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. Please have to hand the details of the goods that you wish to purchase and the method of payment.

European and international

For orders to be delivered to European or International destinations you can place the order online or by telephone on 0844 848 9797, however, these orders are subject to different delivery charges from the UK. We will contact to you to advise you of the delivery cost and number of days for delivery. When delivering abroad, the goods are subject to local import custom and excise duty, which you are responsible for paying. This is not applicable if delivering to countries who are part of the EEC.
