UK Deliveries Excluding Highlands and Islands

If ordering from UK: To order from within the UK, you can place your order online or by telephone on 0844 848 9797.

In most cases, couriers will request a signature for proof of delivery; therefore select a delivery address which is most convenient for you.

Where products are marked low in stock, they may become unavailable due to high demand before your order has been fulfilled. While we make every effort to prevent this situation from occurring, we will contact you immediately if it does.

European and International Deliveries

If ordering from outside UK: To order from outside the UK, you can place your order by calling +44 844 848 9797

Delivery charges: These orders are subject to different delivery charges from the UK, and we will contact you to advise you of the delivery cost and number of days for delivery.

Customs and duties: When delivering abroad, the goods are subject to local import custom and excise duty, which you are responsible for paying. This is not applicable if delivering to countries which are part of the EEC.

Special Order Products

All Special Order Products are clearly marked within the description of that product.

Delivery time: The inclusion of a Special Order Product within your order may delay dispatch of your whole order by up to 25 days. We will only dispatch your whole order once the Special Order Product within that order is available for dispatch.

Personalised Orders

Delivery time: Personalised orders can take up to 21 working days, as they are made to order and to your specifications.

Personalised Stationery

Free proof: Once your personalised stationery order has been placed, a free proof will be sent to you for your approval. Please check all the details thoroughly, particularly the spelling of names and the dates, then sign and return the proof by fax or post to the address indicated on the proof as quickly as possible to avoid any delay.

Delivery after proof approval: Allow 3 working days for us to receive your returned posted proof and your order will be printed and dispatched within 14 working days of having received your signed proof.

Delivery charge is £3.99 to any address in mainland UK or Northern Ireland.

Delivery charges abroad: Please call Customer Care on 0844 848 9797 for delivery costs to the highlands, the islands and destinations outside the UK. A signature will be required on delivery to provide proof of receipt.

48 hour express print: Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. Orders received by 9.30am Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays) are guaranteed to be dispatched within 48 hours on an overnight courier once the proof has been signed and returned. This service costs £75.00 and can be ordered through Customer Care on 0844 848 9797.

Receiving Your Order Sooner

If you have ordered other in-stock products in addition to one or more of either Special Order Products, Personalised Orders or Personalised Stationery products, you may request us to part dispatch your order whilst we are awaiting delivery of the Special Order Product.
