Help! I can't register & want to order something!

I need to change my address/wedding date etc

All your details can be changed in your wedding profile which can be accessed through My Confetti. The link to your wedding profile is on the left hand side.

I'm sure I haven't registered before, but when I try to register it tells me I am already registered!

If you are experiencing sign in problems email customercare@confetti.co.uk with the subject header 'please activate my registration'.

I want to unsubscribe but can't.

If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletters, send a blank email to unsubscribe@confetti.co.uk with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject header from the email address you have subscribed with. If you don't have access to this email address, send your name and confetti registered email address to customercare@confetti.co.uk. Alternatively, sign in to 'my confetti' and update your email preferences.

I just want to order something from the shop - why do I have to register?

In order to keep your details safe and secure, we need to be able to identify your details as belonging to you. The most convenient way to do this for you and for confetti is for you to register - all we require is your name, a username and password. If you record your address details when you register for the first time, we will automatically fill them in for you every time you need to use them again.
