Marketing – London

We are currently looking for 2 exceptional candidates to join our fast paced marketing team in new roles as Online Traffic Manager and Content and Experience Manager.

Confetti is the UK’s leading provider of wedding advice and inspiration. Our online shop and 5 retail stores sell a range of products – from wedding invitations and reception table decorations through to wedding party gifts and photo albums.

Content & Experience Manager

As Content and Experience Manager, you will ensure that Confetti remains the leading online brand within the wedding marketplace by being responsible for creating the Confetti Experience – engaging Confetti members throughout the wedding planning process. You will have a strong understanding of customer journey and how to stimulate consumer interaction in an online environment. You will be able to assess the impact of your work on company profitability and lead and motivate a small team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• To drive profitability of Confetti through engaging Confetti members throughout the life cycle of the wedding customer.
• To manage the Confetti membership benefit program, including acquisition, registration and retention of members.
• To create the Editorial and Content strategies of the Confetti website.
• To develop the community section of the website.
• To maximise the performance of the media space on the Confetti website.
• To manage email marketing campaigns.
• To manage the collection of customer feedback.
• To plot, monitor and evaluate the customer journey.
• To work with the Online Traffic Manager to ensure that the content adheres to SEO guidelines, and will drive search engine traffic to the website.

A knowledge of the wedding or female media market would be an advantage but not essential.

Salary circa £35,000 - £40,000.

Online Traffic Manager

As online traffic manager, you will ensure Confetti remains the leading online brand within the wedding marketplace. You will have experience of driving traffic and revenues of an e-commerce site or similar, using a toolbox including SEO, paid search and affiliate marketing. You will have a strong understanding of online marketing and a proven ability to keep yourself up to date with the latest trends in this area. You will have good analytical skills and attention to detail. The purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Manager by driving profitability through recruiting good quality traffic to the Confetti website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES TO INCLUDE:
• To generate site visits, revenue and membership using online marketing methods.
• To manage the suppliers of SEO services, to oversee technical projects that arise from SEO.
• To manage are paid search agency, but be involved at the detailed level for the campaign strategies and budget.
• To manage the relationship with our affiliate network.
• To provide analysis and support to the Content and Experience Manager.
• To monitor and influence the performance of the Confetti branded websites within the Wedding industry, using tools such as Hitwise.
• To be responsible for the compilation of regular marketing reports.
• To work with the marketing Manager to develop and manage the online marketing budget.

A knowledge of the wedding or female media market would be an advantage but not essential.

Salary circa £35,000 - £40,000.
