Emma's answers to Transport for guests
Question
We're trying to work out how to get our guests from the church to the reception. They are two miles apart and I don't want everyone to have to pay for taxis. Have you got any ideas?
Answer
First of all, it's lovely of you to consider the transport for your guests between the two venues, but you won't be expected to do this. Many guests will drive from the church to the reception and then leave their cars overnight and get a taxi home if they wish to drink.
If you do want to arrange transport from one venue to the other, the best thing to do is probably to organise a minibus, coach or London bus (depending on how many guests you have) - less expensive, more fun, and less confusing than ordering a number of taxi's.
