My sister is my maid of honour and I want her to look wonderful on the wedding day. She's a size 20 and very beautiful. I don't want to have any of my bridesmaids to blend in, I want them all to stand out with only the colours connecting them. Please can you point me in the right direction.

It sounds as though you have a pretty clear image in your head of what you'd like your sister to look like which can make finding the perfect dress a little tricky. One option is to have the dresses made - this way, all the bridesmaids could wear the same fabric but have a differenty style of dress.

Otherwise, look in shops like Evans, at their wedding and also eveningwear sections - you might just find the perfect dress.
