Question

We're having a civil wedding ceremony in a hotel. We are having around 40 guests for a 1pm ceremony, followed by photos and then a three-course wedding breakfast. The evening reception (at the same venue around 7.30pm) will be for around 100 people. I am worried about what should be done between the end of the meal and the start of the evening reception for the daytime guests - I don't want anyone hanging around bored for a couple of hours!

Please don't worry about your guests. The time between the end of the wedding breakfast and the arrival of the evening guests will fly by and you'll be wondering why you were ever concerned.
