I have fallen in love with a dress that has a bodice with diamante and pearls but in all of the magazine photos it looks awful. Will it photograph well on the day?

Answer

I've yet to see a diamante and pearl wedding dress which didn't look stunning, and I'm sure your photographer will be able to capture the dress perfectly. It may be that in some of the shots, the diamante doesn't sparkle on the photographs, but as long as the style of the dress suits you, that shouldn't matter.

Why don't you bite the bullet and try it on? Once you have seen it in the flesh, I'm sure all your reservations will be put to rest.
