I've chosen red and ivory as my wedding colours. My friend now tells me that red and white - near enough to ivory - are unlucky together. I have bought red dresses for the bridesmaids. What should I do?
Answer
Personally I don't hold much belief that colours can be 'unlucky'. The only superstition I've ever heard of with red and white is that it is unlucky to combine red and white flowers. So, in your flower arrangements, perhaps stick to simple ivory or red instead of mixing them.
It's a great colour scheme - stick to it!
