Emma's answers to Tiaras with short hair?

I have short spikey hair and don't intend to wear a veil or tiara for my wedding as they just aren't me. However, I would like to do something a little different with my hair on the day - can you suggest anything please? Thanks!

You mention not wanting to wear a veil or tiara so I'm not sure whether you like the idea of wearing anything at all in your hair... but there are some fantastic clips that you could use if you want to add a bit of sparkle but in a more contemporary way. You might even consider wearing a fascinator. These are slightly more contemporary than a tiara - and really a smaller hair decoration that is generally attached by a comb. They are quite often made with beads or feathers and can look fabulous on shorter hair styles.




If you just fancy having a slightly different style on the day, I would pay a visit to your hairdresser and ask whether you can have a hair trial. This way you can sit down with your stylist and work out exactly what you'd like to do.
