Emma's answers to Hair ideas?

Question

I have very fine, very thin hair which I wear in a bob. I have this style as I wear hearing aids so like to keep them covered. Can you give me any suggestions please as to what I can have in my hair for my wedding day

Answer

For ideas for bridal hair, I recommend visiting your hairdresser to arrange some trials. They will be able to analyse your hair-type and face shape and recommend the best styles for you. Your hairstyle also depends upon your choice of veil and headdress.

For fine hair, a loose curl will add volume and give the appearance of thicker hair. A sleek and sophisticated blow-dry can also add volume. You may like to consider hair extensions or hair pieces to give body and length, your stylist will be able to advise you on this. If you are keen to cover your hearing aids, then I suggest keeping your hair down, and using either flowers or a tiara, or even a hat to add drama to your style. A mid-length veil pinned to the back of your head will look stunning with a tiara on top. I have included some pictures to give you some ideas.

Look through some bridal magazines for inspiration, or find some online bridal hair galleries, and take some ideas with you when you visit your stylist. Also tell them about your veil style and how it attaches to your head, as this will affect your hairstyle.
