Question

My colour theme is chocolate brown and dusky pink and I'd like my bridesmaids wearing brown dresses with pink sashes. As we're on a tight budget I'm thinking of getting plain dresses then buying sashes separately. Do you know any websites or designers that sell the sashes separately? I've looked everywhere and can only find American websites. Thank you so so much for any help!

Chocolate brown and dusty pink will look beautiful together. Like you I was unable to find any UK suppliers of pink sashes. I would consider having them made, or making them yourself. You can buy fabric from most large department stores, and a dressmaker would be happy to create the perfect sashes for your bridesmaids. This will also allow you to personalise them. It will also be much more cost effective than buying them, as you can get fabric fairly reasonably from fabric shops or markets.
