A friend has made a dress for me, which is turning out great apart. I am unable to wear a bra underneath the dress (it is very low cut at the back). Do you have any suggestion to give me a bit more cleavage, rather than going braless?

I would recommend visiting a few lingerie shops (department store lingerie departments, Rigby & Peller etc). They should be able to advise on the perfect backless bra.
