It’s pretty common to see brides pop the question to their bridesmaids with a cute box or small hamper of gifts. Break tradition and opt for a unique, DIY, mini corked bottle. And inside, put a personalised necklace!

What You’ll Need:

Instructions:

Step 1: Take your personalised necklace and a piece of fabric, like lace, and carefully wrap the necklace.

Step 2: Push the lace and necklace into the mini bottle.

Step 3: Add your “Will you be my bridesmaid?” tag to your bottle with some pretty string or twine. You could even add a small charm.

Step 4: If you like, you could even include a rolled up, hand-written note to your bridesmaid-to-be in the bottle too.

Some brides prefer to ask their friends to be their bridesmaid with a bit less fanfare. Therefore, a simple but no less heartfelt card and pendant may be the way to go.

What You’ll Need:

Instructions:

Step 1: Create two small cuts on each side of the card.

Step 2: Slip the chain of the necklace (or bracelet!)  through the slits to hold it in place.

Step 3: Write out a small note to slip inside the card.
