The National Wedding Show in Birmingham is a joy to attend for any bride looking for inspiration – after all, it’s easy to find what you like at a place where so many excellent top-quality suppliers gather together! This year, Confetti attended on Friday October 5th, and we weren’t disappointed – the show delivered every kind of delight, from fashion to jewellery to decor ideas. Here is our biggest and best ever report from the National Wedding Show – and we hope to see you there next time!

Fashion

All the major trends for 2013 were present at the National Wedding Show – that is lace, coloured gowns – especially champagne, pale yellow, peach, and old ivory, and of course vintage everything, from designs to fabrics and accessories. Even some of the stands were decked out like a vintage lady’s boudoir!
