It’s very easy to let wedding planning take over when there’s so much you feel you have to do. You’re preparing for such a big day, and you want to make it perfect. But you must remember to stop and breathe. Here’s how to not let wedding planning take over your life.

A stylist will help you choose the right colour scheme, among other things, so you don’t have to worry about anything clashing, and a planner will often help in everything right up to the big day; they’ll be prepared for nearly any eventuality. If you can trust that they know what they’re doing, it will be a huge load of stress that comes off you, and an enormous responsibility.
