Trevor and Vickie planned a winter wonderland for their Christmas themed wedding in December last year. Christmas trees, candy canes and magical fairy lights set the tone, while the couple danced the night away with friends and family. Their day was captured in all its sparkly glory by Ben Stirling of Stirling Photography.

We met… in a pub in Watford.
Our proposal… We were staying in the Mayfair, London for our 5th year anniversary. After visiting the Spirit of Christmas fair, we went back to the hotel and as I was getting ready in the room I turned around and he was on one knee!
Our wedding theme… We had a Christmas and winter theme. Our colours were black, red and white.
We chose our venue because… We went there for our 1st year anniversary and we fell in love with it!

Our ceremony… We had a very informal civil ceremony. Two of our friends did readings.
My dress… Was a simple white fishtail dress with a black belt and bow at the back.
Our first dance song… We had Hold On by Michael Buble.
My advice to other brides… Enjoy your day. Take every moment in because it goes by so fast!
