How to Find the Perfect Wedding Rings and Bridal Jewellery

Jewellery takes centre stage on your wedding day. Unlike the dress, which is usually worn only once, or the shoes saved for very special occasions, your wedding rings are worn every day as the ultimate symbolism of your big day. The addition of any jewellery to complete your bridal look is personal preference, but if you’re looking to add some sparkle then look no further, as we’ve been helping brides (and grooms) for over four decades.

Choosing the perfect wedding rings is a big part of your wedding day preparation. Selecting something to wear forever is no easy task. For the bride, picking a wedding band that matches your engagement ring is the most common option… Solitaire engagement rings are usually paired with a plain wedding band, but they do provide the ideal opportunity to add a little bling with a diamond-set wedding ring. More intricate engagement ring designs which have diamonds set in the band are best matched with a row of diamonds that match or complement the engagement ring.

For the groom, they have a blank canvas to work with, so more often than not will go for a traditional plain metal ring wedding ring that is an appropriate width to the size of their hands. Platinum is the densest and most hard-wearing metal so remains the most popular choice, but in recent years both rose and yellow golds have seen a surge in popularity.

After you’ve chosen your weddings rings, thoughts will often go to what jewellery to wear on your wedding day… diamond studs and diamond pendants remain classic choices as some subtle sparkle won’t detract from your beautiful wedding dress.

Stud earrings provide a simple yet beautiful addition to your look and can be worn everyday as a dazzling reminder of your nuptials. A diamond pendant will very much depend on the style of wedding dress you have chosen as they do not really work with all necklines. If there is details in the dress you want to show off – there’s no need to opt for a diamond pendant.

Another traditional choice made my brides is for pearl jewellery on the wedding day – the purity of pearls offers a stunning jewellery choice to complete your bridal look and are available in a range of colours – white, silver, peach and even black. All our pearl jewellery is paired with the dazzle of diamonds adding a striking contrast between the two gemstones.

We have been skilfully crafting jewellery for over 40 years from our London workshop and have helped thousands of couples find their sparkle for their big day. We’ve even been honoured with the accolade of Best Bridal Jewellery at the British Wedding Awards twice, so you’re in safe hands with us.

If you’re still not quite sure what to go for when choosing wedding rings or bridal jewellery, you can book an appointment at our London or Manchester showrooms, or even book a virtual appointment to meet with our experts from the comfort of your own homes.
