Has anyone had a guy in their bridal party before?

My best friend is male and I’ve asked him to be my “Man of Honour” with my sister and cousins as bridesmaids. Has anyone had a guy in their bridal party before? He’s pretty on top of things like the hen do, and is happy to get involved in everything I ask. I’m planning on having him in a suit similar to the groomsmen but perhaps a different tie. Or has anyone any other ideas? I want him to feel completely included. Also any ideas for a gift would be hugely appreciated.
