I want to get extra special favours for those that are making the effort to come

We invited 129 guests (about 110 adults, 19 children), we have had 37 acceptances, and still waiting on 11. We’ve had a range of reasons from not being able to get time off work (it is term time & short notice) to being on holiday/event to giving no reason other than not coming (which is loosely translates as can’t be bothered to travel 5 hours to get there). So I want to get extra special favours for those that are making the effort to come, especially as we are only having to buy less than half originally expected too! But there are just so many too choose from. What favours did you all buy/plan on buying?
