What kind of entertainment can we have instead of a disco?

I’m getting married for my 60th birthday so am not a young bride. We have 32 guests so only a small reception. We don’t actually want an entertainer but would prefer some background music to chat to family and old friends. I have hearing problems and wear hearing aids so loud music is not appropriate. I think my daughter will be shocked if she knew I don’t intend to have an entertainer. What do I say? She had the big white wedding and she expects me to want the same but my partner and I are much older.
