So, I just spent about half an hour in the jewellers switching between different ring sizes on their sizer and I'm still no closer to a decision. My fiancé bought me a stunning trilogy engagement ring that I had resized from an L to a K. After two long weeks without my new prized possession I got it back last week but it still felt too loose. I was gutted! It cost £60 to resize but they can do it again for free because the fit wasn't right. I cannot tell you how many times I switched between the J and the J1/2 and just couldn't decide. I'm so scared of making the wrong decision because I can't get it resized again because I don't want to ruin the quality any more than I have to. I don't want to play it too safe with a half and still be disappointed with the fit but if I go for a full size smaller will that be too tight, especially with the addition of a wedding ring (and even potential pregnancy finger swelling - yes I'm massively overthinking how I'll feel in years to come). All thoughts welcome! Anyone else that has been stuck between ring sizes?

Finger sizing isn't an exact science unfortunately! I work in a jewellers and the wedding ring company we use can do quarter sizes so it isn't impossible! Good advice on here... hands are bigger when warmer and smaller when colder! Resizing it more than once won't ruin the quality of the ring unless you get it done several times in a short space of time! And when you feel it getting too tight (boiling hot weather, pregnancy) take them off! It doesn't mean you are any less married if you take it off every once in a while... I take my engagement ring off of a nighttime and showering/cleaning etc cuz there's less risk of losing it and it actually prolongs the life of the ring. ?
