My partner and I are stuck on colours for our wedding and can't decide between lilac, baby blue and white, purple, pink and white and blue, purple and white. Which colour combinations do you think will work better together or how could we incoporate all the colours together to create a truly unique colour scheme?
These colours will all go together very well and I like the idea of going one step further than the usual two or three colour scheme and mixing a whole palette of complimentary shades together to create a unique look. Most wedding colour schemes are made up of a main colour such as blue against a neutral colour of white or ivory usually and sometimes also an accent colour is thrown into the mix such as silver or gold or even a pastel or deep shade to contrast with the main colour. You could make this formula work for you by choosing a light blue to contrast with a rich, deep purple or a rich purple against a pale pink. Your lilac and baby blue on white will create a different, softer look altogether just as a bright blue or bright pink with a rich and vibrant or deep purple will produce a much bolder look. To combine all these colours will be eye-catching and memorable but will work out more expensive for you. You might be better off going for something striking but simple such as bold colours together. I'd recommend researching what is available in your chosen colours before you start shopping.
