Congratulations! This is set to be one of the most important days in your life and at AG Event Management we know how important it is that it is simply perfect. We have exceptional planning skills and believe in doing things your way, ensuring that this special day is everything you ever dreamed of.
Every wedding is bespoke which is why prior to offering a comprehensive quote, we would like to discuss your event further to include your budget, themes and your specific requirements. We offer 3 main wedding packages:
Full Wedding Planning
This is where we take it from the start and take care of everything. From sourcing venues, to liasing with suppliers through to sending invitations and managing your RSVPs. Prices is usually around 10% of your budget depending on complexity.
Partial Wedding Planning
This service is perfect for you if you’ve started to plan your wedding but now realise you need some help to finish the planning and to manage your wedding day activities. This service is totally bespoke so the price will vary depending upon how much there is still left to arrange.
On the Day Management
Enjoy your day, let us take care of every detail whilst you take in the atmosphere. We’ll liaise with your guests, your venue and your suppliers to ensure everything goes to plan. We’ll produce a detailed wedding day schedule, double check all your suppliers are ready and our dedicated event manager will manage every detail on your big day. Prices start from £300 depending on complexity.
We are based in East Sussex but cover the entire South East and are able to offer a full package from venue finding to cake suppliers through to entertainment. We would handle as much or as little as you wanted us to.

Meet the Owner
Adam has been in the Event’s Industry since he was young enough to remember. At the age of 10, Adam was being taken along to help marshall running events and at the age of 16 he hosted a Status Quo concert! Little did he know that 10 years later, he’d end up as Event Director for that same event. Adam is passionate about high quality customer service and ensuring that the company retains a good reputation. As well as Live Events, Adam has experience as an Operations Manager working on events such as the 2012 Olympics, numerous sporting events, concerts attracting 10,000 people as well as smaller weddings and parties.
