Surrounded by medieval walls and founded in the 13th Century as a Carmelite monastery, Hulne Abbey is the perfect setting to bask in the afternoon sun and observe dancing stars in the dark Northumbrian night skies.

The country residence of Friars Well offers the ultimate venue for private entertaining, and the perfect palatial home to relax in. With 5 large reception rooms, 8 bedrooms including a magnificent master suite, indoor heated swimming pool and a variety of large terraces with outstanding views of its own private lake, there is plenty of space to celebrate with your friends and family.
