Lynda started by making bridal wear and accessories for friends and family, but soon felt the need to do much more. She worked for 7 years in the bridal department of a well known Chesterfield Department Store, until finally starting her own business, Alter It.

Alter It is based in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Bakewell, situated on the first floor above Lady Fair.
