Did you know it takes around 250 hours to plan your average wedding?
Juggling family life and a full time job can leave very little time to give the biggest day of your life any thought, and this is where we come in. We can help you by ensuring the planning journey and event itself is as stress-free as possible, whilst also enabling you to have creative freedom over all the elements you’d like to be involved with. We work with the highest quality and eco-friendly venues and suppliers across the North East. Together, we will ensure your vision is brought to life and you can relax knowing everything is in hand and taken care of.
We offer a number of packages with varying levels of support, but you can always drop us a message if you require something a little more bespoke.
All packages come with a free, no-obligations, consultation which will last 30-60 minutes. Contact us to arrange.

- Based in the North East of England, AutumnOak Events is dedicated to bringing your vision for your dream day to life, in the most stress-free way possible. Your engagement should be enjoyed in every aspect, whilst knowing every detail is taken care of.
- We provide a variety of packages with different levels of support. However, we understand every couple is unique and so each package can be catered to suit the level of support you need for your dream day.
- Our levels of service include planning, consultancy (hourly), co-ordination and venue sourcing..
- We work with sustainable venues and suppliers who will deliver outstanding service, not only to the standard you expect, but they exceed in everything they do. However, if you have a particular supplier in mind, we would be delighted to work with them
- We offer free initial consultations. This is so we can get to know you personally and to get an idea on the vision you are hoping to create. Give us a call or drop us an email to arrange.
