Becca Williams Jewellery
Penryn, CornwallAbout Becca Williams Jewellery
Becca makes jewellery and silverware inspired by natural world, talks to the radio and drinks a lot of tea.
Her work is characterised by a subtle sense of balance. She creates pieces with graceful shapes and sweeping curves in silver, gold, platinum & palladium.
Becca graduated in 2008 and set up her business on Hylton Street in the Jewellery Quarter a year later. After 10 years in and around the Quarter she packed up her workshop and moved to the Cornish seaside in the spring of 2018.
Becca works to commission, supplies galleries and exhibits her work nationally. She's most at home when she's covered in a layer of metal dust.
Whether you’re having a totally handmade wedding (or just love the idea of a little DIY) making your own Wedding Bands is a great way to ensure that your Wedding Rings are truly personal.
Over the course of a fun, relaxed day you’ll make a pair of wedding rings, from the metal of your choice, in Becca’s fully equipt workshop.
You can make your wedding rings in:
- Silver9ct White, Yellow or Red Gold14ct Yellow Gold18ct White, Yellow or Red GoldPalladiumPlatinum
During the workshop you’ll form your wedding rings by hand, solder them and polish them, ready for your Big Day. You can either make your own rings or make each others rings – and Becca will be there to help you every step of the way.
You don’t need to have any experience of metalwork or jewellery making to get involved, full guidance will be provided on the day, along with plenty of tea & biscuits. You’re free to bring your own lunch or pop out into Penryn or nearby Falmouth to chose one of the local cafes or pubs to eat in.
Classes typically run from 10am to around 3pm (though we won't finish until you're happy with your rings).
