Award-winning sustainable venue in the heart of the Kent countryside on a 500-acre organic estate. Bore Place has onsite accommodation for up to 80 people, a Jacobean manor house, beautiful gardens.

We offer exclusive venue hire for weddings over two days so you will have the opportunity to come and set up on a Friday as early as 10am, have your wedding day on Saturday and then depart on the Sunday. We have overnight accommodation for up to 34 guests in Bore Place House and the Small Barn, which is also included in the hire price along with a self-serve continental style organic breakfast.

If you would like further accommodation, you may also book the Old Stable which sleeps up to 25 guests and two beautiful cottages that can accommodate 9 guests. There are also four glamping units on site – www.freerangeglamping.co.uk which can accommodate up to 16 guests.

In addition to the above, you can have your ceremony at Bore Place. You can get married in the Hide, a beautiful outdoor setting, the Large 17th Century Timber Barn or the Studio. Our Large Barn accommodates up to 110 guests seated for a wedding breakfast and then for an evening party it can hold up to 140 people. We include tables and chairs within the above package however, cutlery, crockery and glassware are not included in the hire price and are available through one of our catering partners who would also run the bar for you. You will be able to create your own bespoke menu with one of our catering partners. Our food is mostly organic, locally sourced, and seasonal wherever possible. We do NOT charge corkage.

We have a walk-in fridge facility where you can store and cool all your drinks for the weekend.
