Tina's journey began over twenty-eight years ago when her daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Baking became a way of life, and she honed her skills, ultimately turning her passion into a thriving business. Since 2011, Tina has dedicated herself to the art of sugar craft, combining her deep understanding of gluten-free baking with her natural talent for creating visually stunning designs. Her commitment to using premium, responsibly sourced ingredients ensures that her cakes are not only beautiful but also delectable. Tina's creations are crafted with love and care, using natural ingredients and fruits instead of artificial additives and flavourings. She personally selects the finest ingredients, such as hand-picked Worcester berries, because she believes that the secret to a truly exceptional cake lies in the quality of its components.
