Hi I'm Claire... I am a professional bridal hair artist based on the border of Devon and Cornwall offering services throughout the South West. Many thanks for visiting my website. I have always had a love of fashion and excelled in creative subjects. I completed a HND in Fashion Styling and Photography at the prestigious and internationally known London College of Fashion. My final year was specialising in Styling where I enjoyed designing the visual elements of Fashion photoshoots. I was taught the art of choosing and co- ordinating outfits, props and accessories and preparing them for shoots. Essentially creating what was in front of the camera. Having completed my course I decided to further my love of fashion and train in Hairdressing. I found it hugely creative and because of my natural talent for it I found myself working on the salon floor within a year. Over the course of the next 17 years I have built on my skills in many different areas of hairdressing and worked internationally in a few, select salons. During my salon based years I have always had a particular interest for hair styling and completed two London based L’Oreal hair courses on the subject, the DIPLOMA Contemporary Bridal Workshop and “Tips and Tricks” with Kayleigh Twigg. I have not only had extensive experience in the hair industry but also in photography. I am a keen photographer and practised at knowing what works in front of the camera. I have worked photographing weddings on my own and as a second photographer to an established professional photographer. It was here that I discovered my love for the wedding industry. I decided to set up a business myself in 2018 and I am currently throughly enjoying offering wedding hair services to my clients. The benefit of nearly two decades of experience means that my clients can enjoy the experience without reservation.
